Scouts has successfully run for many year as a very active troop with much of our meetings happening outdoors even before COVID. we like adventure and like to push the envelope and challenge the scouts.
as such we need to have complete trust in the scouts and feel comfortable that they will follow instructions.
we run a patrol system a little differently to other groups whereas the patrols may change each week depending upon our activity, this allows the scouts to learn from each other and share their strengths with others.
